This luxury resort consists of 135 high-end apartments and penthouses, designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The apartments accommodate 2, 4 or 6 people. Dormio Resort Medemblik is located close to the IJsselmeer and the international center of water sports. The area is known for its historic character, cultural attractions and beautiful natural areas. The holiday homes are suitable for 2 to 14 people, many of which have a waterside terrace and their own jetty. There are also wellness homes with a private sauna and outdoor whirlpool. The doors of the first holiday homes will open in the summer of 2025.

Dormio Breskens Apartments & Penthouses is located right at the Westerscheldestrand with the North Sea in the background. Dormio Waterpark Langelille is located in middle of the Frisian polder landscape right by the open water. The small-scale and tranquil holiday park is surrounded by various nature reserves and cities. Dormio Gasthof Höllwirt is a popular and well-known place in Obertraun where our guests can stay in typical Austrian style. Hospitality and good service are at the heart of this authentic guesthouse. It is a small and typical Austrian Gasthof with an attractive restaurant. Guests at Dormio Gasthof Höllwirt can use most of the extensive facilities at Dormio Resort Obertraun (approx. 1,300 metres away).

At Hotel Modez, hospitality, fashion and design come together. The hotel is located in the Modekwartier (‘Fashion District’) next to the charming centre of Arnhem, surrounded by unique shops, and great cafes and restaurants.
